Beylerbeyi Göbek Rakisi is made from grapes from the Aegean city of Alasehir. In the five-stage distillation, the first and last parts of the first distillate are removed. The middle part (Göbek belly) is distilled twice more in stills using the same method and with the addition of aniseed.
The Beylerbeyi Göbek Rakisi does not require any additional sugar or agricultural alcohol. Harmonious notes of anise with hints of grapes make the taste perfect. Perhaps the best raki you've had.
